Dhir & Dhir Associates had organised the first of its kind "Virtual Legal Marathon on ESG – A 24 hour Live Research Lab" where more than 450 aspiring law students registered from around 94 law colleges & universities and generated insightful research papers. This initiative was also registered as a UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) Event for World Environment Day Celebrations 2021.

The Firm is now presenting the 2nd Edition of the Virtual Legal Marathon, where the firm is attempting to recognize and encourage the country's budding lawyers. The initiative is registered as #OnlyOne Earth Action for 2022 for Celebrating 2022 World Environment Day, led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and held annually since 1974.
