MNLU & FCBA Organising Certificate Programme On Mediation
Mumbai National Law University in association with Family Court Bar Association, Mumbai presents 7 days(45 Hours) certificate course on mediation.
Dates of event: 15th January – 21st January 2022
Objective of the programme: It gives fair and honourable treatment to the conflicting parties and facilitates dispute settlement in a win-win situation & the recent initiative by the Government of India to bring in comprehensive Legislation for Mediation, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai proposes to conduct a One-week Certificate Programme in Mediation in association with the Family Court Bar Association Mumbai.

Resource person: Senior Advocate Mr. Ajay Mehta (Eminent Mediation Trainer accredited by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India)
