Objective of event:

  • To bring awareness about various types of heritage lawsamong the participants of the seminar.
  • To highlight the role played by heritage laws in the 21stCentury in India and around theworld in safeguardinghistorical, cultural, natural sites, monuments, museums forthe participants of the seminar.
  • To make the participants understand how the managementof historical, cultural, naturalsites, monuments, museums isdone through various laws in India as well as around theworld.
  • To open a new area of study and research for the faculty andstudent members of TNNLUby learning from experts in thefield of heritage laws. As none of the NLUs teach heritageslaws in India
