Course objective: A Model United Nations Conference is a simulation of the United Nations that lets the participants experience the challenges of arbitration by assuming the role of the UN representative for an assigned country or a member of other international decision-making bodies.

Topics: The committees and agendas that ILNUMUN shall be simulating over the course of 2 days are:

  1. UNGA DISEC – Re-evaluating the situation in the South China Sea with special emphasis on Taiwan and its territorial security.
  2. UNSC – Russia Ukraine Crisis.
  3. AIPPM – Reviewing the Forced Displacement of Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir.
  4. UNHRC - The Israel-Palestine conflict with special emphasis on violation of Human rights.
  5. Lok Sabha - Discussing "socialist" and "secular" from Constitution's Preamble with special emphasis on the application of Uniform Civil Code.
