Delhi University Faculty Of Law Calls For Papers On Relevance Of Bhagavad Gita In Indian Legal System
Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in collaboration with Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation is organising National Conference on the Relevance of the Bhagavad Gita in the Indian Legal System.

The Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation (SPMRF), is hosting a 3 day National Conference on the Relevance of Bhagavad Gita in the Indian Legal System. The Conference will take place in offline mode at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. This unique academic initiative seeks to explore the ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and its continuing influence on legal thought, ethical governance, and the practice of law in India.
The organizing committee is inviting original research papers and articles from Scholars, Academicians, Practitioners, Students and Experts for Presentation at the Conference.

- The Bhagavad Gita and Environmental Law: Dharma, Sustainability, and Legal Framework
- The Bhagavad Gita and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Dharma, Dialogue and Due Process
Awards & Certificates: Awards will be presented to 3 Best Papers.
Who can participate: Academicians, Legal Practitioners, Researchers, Students pursuing LL.M. and LL.B. and Experts interested in the theme of the conference. However, LL.B. / LL.M. students are required to mandatorily submit their Research Papers with Research Scholars or Faculty members.
Registration fees: Single Author- 2000 INR, Co-Authorship- 3000 INR, Participants only (attendees who are not presenting papers)- 2000 INR
Submission Guidelines:
1.The paper should be based on original research work that has not been published yet.
2. A maximum of two authors is allowed per paper.
3.If any LL.B./ LL.M. student desires to participate and present a paper, such participant must mandatorily participate along with his/her teacher/research scholar of the institution as an author/co-author.
4.The author must submit an abstract of 350 words with five keywords.
5.The abstract should clearly outline the title, research problem, methodology, and key arguments/conclusions.
6. After the shortlisting of the abstract, the author must submit a full paper of 6000-8000 words.
7.The participant shall submit the abstract in the given google link https://forms.gle/gf9h5KTB7gm8c3av6 only. (Kindly do not send an abstract through the mail). After acceptance of the abstract and payment of registration fees, the participants will receive a separate Google link for submission of a full working paper.
8.The details provided during the registration process will be used for all purposes including issuing of Certificates. No request for change will be entertained later.
9.The submissions should be in Times New Roman Font size 12, Line spacing 1.5, and Bluebook 21st edition or ILI mode of citation style only.
10.The cover page of the abstract and manuscript should include the name of the author/co-author, affiliating institution, and contact details.
11.The selected paper shall be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on the originality.
12.Payment details will be communicated in due course to the participants after the abstracts have been shortlisted by the review committee.
13.The cover letter shall contain the name of author(s), affiliation(s), themes, contact detail(s), email address and declaration of originality of the paper.
