The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (U.P. RERA) is inviting applications for the post of Legal Consultant.

Location: Lucknow

Remuneration: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and the last salary drawn vis-a-vis UP RERA’s approved norms and benchmark for engagement of the said consultant on the basis of negotiation. There will be yearly increase of 5 percent in the remuneration.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Experience and Eligibility:

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in case related work pertaining to the higher courts, legal research and drafting, preferably with reputed law firms.

• Demonstrated experience in handling matters before the higher courts including, but not limited to the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

• Strong legal drafting and research skills and computer proficiency, with knowledge of real estate, consumer protection, regulatory, contractual and constitutional law.

• Proficiency of written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
