The UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Department of Law and Justice is inviting applications for the posts of District Government Pleader (DGP) and Additional Government Pleader (AGP), on a short-term contract basis.

Location: DNH District and Diu District

No. of Posts: Total 4 (DGP-1; AGP-3)

Remuneration:

• DGP: Retainer fees of Rs. 60,000/- per month + Rs. 2,000/- per day. (Maximum Rs. 1,00,000/- per month)

• AGP: Retainer fees of Rs. 50,000/- per month + Rs. 1,000/- per day. (Maximum Rs. 75,000/- per month)

Educational Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.

Eligibility:

• DGP: Advocate who is practicing as an Advocate in any Court of DNH&DD for last 10 years.

• AGP: Advocate who is practicing as an Advocate in any Court of DNH&DD for last 7 years.

Age Limit: DGP- 55 years; AGP- 45 years
