Salary:
• Manager (Law) - Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- per month
• Officer (Law) - Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B. with first division or equivalent CGPA.
Eligibility:
• Manager (Law) - 12 years’ post-qualification executive experience.
• Officer (Law) - 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience.
Experience:
• Hands-on experience in drafting/ vetting/ execution of legal documents of project financing, legal due diligence of loan proposals/ documents including in-depth knowledge of applicable corporate/ commercial legislations with expertise in DRT/ Civil/ Criminal Courts, arbitration proceedings in Banks/ financial institutions.
• Must have core competence in the areas of analyzing various legal, and security packages relating to project financing, etc., and must be in a position to handle all activities of documentation independently.
Age Limit: 42 years- Manager (Law); 33 years- Officer (Law)
