Pay-Scale: Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/- per month

Educational Qualification: LL.B. with minimum 60% marks

Experience: Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience in conveyancing, drafting of financing and security documents, guarantees, and contracts, Land/Corporate due diligence, company laws, Transfer of Property Act, contracts, RDB Act, SARFAESI Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Candidates having experience in documentation involved in sole lending/consortium funding of large project in power/infrastructure sector and recovery/resolution cases in such fundings shall be given preference.
