Job Profile:
1. To provide legal advice as well as deal with various legal issues associated with the bank.
2. To take care that the bank follows all the rules and regulations set by the RBI.
3. To prepare legal documents for various processes of the bank.
4. To guide the bank to act in accordance with various laws like RBI Notifications, Banking Regulation Act, Contract Laws, Companies Act, 1956, etc.
5. To prepare initial drafts of legislation administered/to be administered by the bank.
