Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Regional Office Ahmedabad, a Statutory Body under Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites application to engage Standing Counsels to represent, assist and defend SIC before the Hon'ble High Court, Industrial Courts, El Courts, DRT, District and Subordinate Courts, Consumer forums at Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Kalol, Rajkot, Jamangar, Surendranagar, Bhavanagar Districts. Practicing Advocates, registered with Bar council (National/State/District Council) are eligible for Empanelment.


Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: LLB from a recognized University,
  • Minimum 5 years experience of standing the bar.
  • Experience in handling Labour Law cases.

Fee Structure: The advocate will be entitled to reasonable fees as fixed by ESIC Head Quarter Office Delhi and as amended time to time.

How to apply: Eligible practicing Advocates may submit, duly filled application in, the prescribed format along with supporting documents in a sealed envelope to "The Additional Commissioner & Regional Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Regional Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, Ahram Road, Ahmedabad- 380014" latest by 30.05.2022 upto 5 PM. The envelope should be superscripted with *Application for Empanelment of Advocate for the state of Gujarat
