University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Legal Consultants on contract basis for a tenure of one year extendable up to three years.

Salary: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- (Remuneration will be fixed and will be subject to T.D.S. as per rules)

Essential qualification: The applicant should have a degree in Law from a recognized university in India with minimum six years of practicing experience at Bar/ have been a legal consultant to Government/Higher Education Institutions/ Government Agencies/ Regulatory Authorities etc.

OR

Retired Law officers/ judges with minimum six years of experience during active service.
