Empanelment Of Legal Consultants In The Office Of Law Commission Of India, Ministry Of Law & Justice
The Law Commission of India, Ministry of Law & Justice is inviting applications for empanelment of Legal Consultants on a contractual basis to the Commission in its broad-based research and allied works. The Law Commission of India will avail the services of suitable candidates by engaging them on the basis of their research skills and project related expertise, if any, which is relevant to the terms of reference of the Law Commission.

Consultancy Fee: A Legal Consultant will be paid a Consultancy fee of Rs. 60,000/- per month (Fixed). The amount of consultancy fee so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of engagement.
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Period of Consultancy: Initially for 0l (One Year). The contract can be extended further depending on satisfactory performance of the Legal Consultants. The contract may be terminated on one month's notice from either side or on payment of one month's Consultancy fee in lieu thereof. Unauthorized absence may lead to termination of the engagement.
Eligibility: The applicant:
(a) should be an Indian national.
(b) should possess LL.B. degree from any recognized University on the date of advertisement.
(c) should have good research skills.
(d) Should have good skills in English speaking and writing.
(e) should have good knowledge in computers for preparing documents. PPT presentations, and usage of excel datasheets etc.
Desirable: Preference shall be given to the persons having LL.M. degree, research experience, published papers in Legal field.
Age Limit: 32 years
