Eligibility:
• Qualification to practice law (at least one jurisdiction) with admission to an accredited bar association;
• Professional experience, of which at least four years’ experience of working in an international organization or international not-for-profit organization on relevant legal matters;
• Experience in negotiating and drafting international transactions and, multi-stakeholder agreements, commercial contracts;
• Legal drafting skills and experience in advising parties regarding the statutory and other governance processes of complex organizations;
• Experience in the areas of administrative law, international institutional law, privileges, and immunities of international organizations;
• Experience in litigation management and taxation;
• A specialization or experience in intellectual property law and at least five years’ experience in IPRs, research regulations, and related technology law advisory.
