The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) is inviting applications for the post of Legal Superintendent (Junior Duty), Class-II under the Forests and Environment Department.

Pay-Scale: Rs. 44,900-1,42,400/- per month

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Experience:

(i) have about three years of active and continuous experience as an Advocate and such experience certificate shall be certified in case of an Advocate practicing in the High Court, by the Registrar General of the High Court and in other case by the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court or the Tribunal where he practices as an Advocate, or

(ii) have about three years of experience of legal matters in the Government / Local Bodies / Government undertaking / Board /Corporation / Limited Companies established under the Companies Act, 2013 or a University.

Eligibility:

• Possesses the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.

• Possesses adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both.
