Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India proposes to engage Panel Counsel (s) to represent the Central Board, EPF before Madras High court, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, NCLAT, NCLT Chennai, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Courts, Lower Courts and Consumer Fora.

Eligibility: The practicing advocates who are registered with Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council are eligible for empanelment. The qualification, experience, schedule of fees, other terms and conditions and the application format in which the application has to be made, have been prescribed.


How to apply: Eligible practicing advocates, who are not in the Panel of EPFO, Chennai & Puducherry Zone, must submit application in the format prescribed in Annexure "A" enclosed herewith, along with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope to: Regional Provident fund Commissioner-l, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal Office, No. 37, Roypettah High Road, Roypettah, Chennai 600 014. email id: [email protected]; Tele:-044-28130007
