Empanelment Of Advocates At Delhi High Court For Official Liquidator
The Delhi High Court vide order dated May 11, 2023, directed to reconstitute a Panel of Advocates/Counsels for the Official Liquidator. Pursuant to the directions of the court, the Official Liquidator is inviting applications for empanelment of Advocates as Senior Standing Counsel (SSC), Standing Counsel (SC), Addl. Counsel (AC), and Drafting Counsel.
Location: Delhi
No. of Posts: SSC- 1; SC- 4; AC- 2, and DC- 3.
Remuneration (per month):
SSC- Rs. 1,50,000/-
SC- Rs. 1,20,000/-
AC- Rs. 85,000/-
DC- Rs. 75,000/-
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience:
SSC- 15 years
SC- 10 years
AC- 7 years
DC- 3 years
Eligibility: Registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and should be in active practice in Delhi.
