Remuneration:

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- ₹ 90,000/- Per Month

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel- ₹ 45,000/- Per Month

Educational Qualification: LLB

Experience:

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Must have practiced in criminal law for at least 10 years. Must have handled at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts (relaxable).

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Must have practiced in criminal law for 0 to 3 years.

Age Limit: 18-40 years
