Pay-Scale: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other perks and allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Eligibility:

• Central/State Government officers working in analogous grade i.e., SAG (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or in SG (Level-13) with 17 years’ service in Group A in the relevant discipline.

OR

• PSU employees working in analogous grade Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) (E8) in the relevant discipline or in Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with four years’ service in that grade.

Desirable:

• Experience in drafting and vetting of agreements, etc.

• Experience in legal aspects relating to infrastructure/construction projects.

Age Limit: 55 years
