The Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) is inviting applications for the post of Chief Law Officer (CLO), on a contractual basis.

Location: Place of Posting of candidate will ordinarily be at Head Office of CERSAI at New Delhi. However, CERSAI reserves the right to post the selected candidate as per its requirement.

Remuneration: Rs. 4,00,000/- per month

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Experience: The candidate should have an overall experience of at least 15 years of working in Law Department of a PSB/PSUs/CPSE/Private Institution of Repute/Practicing as an Advocate with the District Court/High Court or above.

Eligibility: The CLO should have in depth knowledge of SARFAESI ACT, PMLA Rules and Tax Litigation matters.

Age Limit: 40-55 years
