Experience: Minimum 30 years of experience in PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/Central/State Government/Statutory Bodies. Out of this, minimum 20 years of post-LL.B experience in Contract Management, Arbitration (Domestic & International), Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, and High-value commercial dispute resolution.

Age Limit: 64 years
