Legal Officer Vacancy In NCM
The Bank of Maharashtra is inviting applications for the posts of Senior Manager (Legal) and Manager (Legal), on a permanent basis.
Location: The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India, depending on the requirement of the Bank.
No. of Posts: Total 20 (Ten each)
Pay-Scale:
• Senior Manager: Rs. 85,920-1,05,280/- per month
• Manager: Rs. 64,820-93,960/- per month
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a University/Institute with a minimum 55% (50% for SC/OBC) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)
Senior Manager-Legal (Scale III):
Eligibility: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience practicing as an Advocate independently or with any Law Firm before District Court/High Court/DRT. OR Officer, presently working in Scale II - Manager Cadre (equivalent role in Scheduled Commercial Bank) and having minimum 5 years of experience in Legal Department in Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Age Limit: 25-38 years
Manager-Legal (Scale II):
Eligibility: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience as an Advocate independently or with any Law Firm of good repute before a District Court/High Court/DRT. OR Officer, presently working in Scale I (equivalent role in Scheduled Commercial Bank) and having minimum 3 years of experience in Legal Department or Handling work related to Law in Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Age Limit: 22-35 years
