Our guest in this interview, Senior Advocate Priya Hingorani, started her litigation journey in the year 1990 and was designated a Senior Advocate in the year 2019. She played an instrumental role in the Triple Talaq case which led to the declaration of such form of talaq being unconstitutional and has been a pioneer of women's rights.

She has a rich experience and handles matters pertaining to diverse fields of law, including taxation, customs and excise, insurance, family and matrimonial law, commercial law, labour and service law, human rights and constitutional law.
