The 2nd Edition of Ram Jethmalani Memorial Lecture To Be Shown Live On NewsX On 18th September

A lecture on the subject, "Is disruption of Parliamentary Proceedings an MP's privilege and/or a facet of parliamentary democracy?" is going to be held on 18th September from 5 pm to 7 pm as a part of the second edition of the Ram Jethmalani Memorial Lecture.

The lecture will be shown live on Television News Channel NewsX.

The first edition of the lecture series was held on September 13th last year on the subject "pros & cons of trial by media". The speakers in the first edition were Senior Advocates Kapil Sibal, Harish Salve, Abhishek Singhvi and Aryama Sundaram. Apart from the speakers, the then Law Minister, Attorney General, Solicitor General, present CJI Justice N. V. Ramana, Fali Nariman and Soli Sorabjee were present as guests.
