Dr. H.R. Bhardwaj Inaugural Memorial Lecture To Be Held On October 10
The O.P. Jindal Global University is hosting the inaugural Dr. H.R. Bhardwaj Inaugural Memorial Lecture on Sunday, October 10 at 6 pm.
Dr. Shashi Tharoor will speak on the topic, "Law, Democracy and the Idea of India".
Justice Ashok Mathur, former Judge, Supreme Court of India will deliver the presidential address on the occasion.

The function will begin at 6 pm with a welcome address by Professor (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar, followed by the display of a video on the life and contribution of Dr. H. R. Bhardwaj. Dr.Tharoor will commence his lecture at 6.10 pm and the presidential address will begin at 6.45 pm. The presidential address is followed by a question and answer session at 7 pm.
Senior Advocate Arun Bhardwaj and Dr. Prafullata Bhardwaj will pay tributes at 7.15 pm, followed by concluding remarks by Prof. Dabiru Sridhar Patnaik.
