The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the transfer of 19 Judges to different High Courts.

The notifications dated July 14, 2025 were released after the recommendations from the Supreme Court collegium earlier this year.

The Judges that have been transferred are:

1. Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar, Judge of the Telangana High Court, has been transferred to the Madras High Court.

2. Justice Jayant Banerji, Judge of the Allahabad High Court, has been transferred to the Karnataka High Court.

3. Justice Arun Monga, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

4. Justice Anil Kshetarpal, Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

5. Justice Sudhir Singh, currently serving at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, has been transferred to the Patna High Court.

6. Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, has been transferred to the Bombay High Court.

7. Justice Om Prakash Shukla, Judge of the Allahabad High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

8. Justice Battu Devanand, from the Madras High Court, has been transferred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

9. Justice Vivek Kumar Singh, also of the Madras High Court, has been transferred to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

10. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh, Judge of the Kerala High Court, has been transferred to the Karnataka High Court.

11. Justice Vivek Chaudhary, from the Allahabad High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

12. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, currently with the Punjab & Haryana High Court, has been transferred to the Rajasthan High Court.

13. Justice Suman Shyam, Judge of the Gauhati High Court, has been transferred to the Bombay High Court.

14. Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra, from the Allahabad High Court, has been transferred to the Punjab & Haryana High Court.

15. Justice Nitin Wasudeo Sambre, Judge of the Bombay High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

16. Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak, from the Gauhati High Court, has been transferred to the Orissa High Court.

17. Justice Lanusungkum Jamir, also from the Gauhati High Court, has been transferred to the Calcutta High Court.

18. Justice V. Kameswar Rao, Judge of the Karnataka High Court, has been transferred to the Delhi High Court.

19. Justice Sujoy Pal, Judge of the Telangana High Court, has been transferred to the Calcutta High Court.
