Centre Notifies Appointment Of Three Judges Of Two Different High Courts
The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the appointment of Justice Golmei Gaiphulshillu Kabui as Judge of the Manipur High Court.
The notification dated October 13, 2023 reads, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Smt. Golmei Gaiphulshillu Kabui, to be a Judge of the Manipur High Court with effect from the date she assumes charge of her office.”
The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the appointment of Justice N. Senthilkumar and Justice G. Arul Murugan as Additional Judges for the Madras High Court.
The notification dated October 13, 2023 reads, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) N. Senthilkumar and (ii) G. Arul Murugan, to be Additional Judges of the Madras High Court for a period of two years, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
