The Allahabad High Court has initiated contempt action against a Pairokar who was caught recording the video conferencing hearing on his mobile.
The Bench of Justice Krishan Pahal issued a show-cause notice to him terming the act as a "serious interference with the administration of justice".
The Petitioner was represented by Advocate Brij Gopal Singh, while the Respondent was represented by Advocate Pooja Mishra.
"This act constitutes a serious interference with the administration of justice and a prima facie case of criminal contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act", the Court ruled as the accused admitted to committing the act.
