NLU Delhi Organising International Insolvency & Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition-2022

The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at The National Law University, Delhi, supported by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and the UNCITRAL RCAP, in collaboration with INSOL India announces its 2021-22 International Moot Competition on Insolvency and Bankruptcy.
Dates of event: 1st April to 3rd April 2022
How to apply: Registration may be done by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject "Registration for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot 2021" with the registration form and a copy to [email protected]

- Last Date for Seeking Clarifications on Moot Problem - 28.01.2022
- Release of Clarifications - 04.02.2022
- Last Date for Registration - 07.02.2022
- Submission of Memorandum - 27.02.2022
- Announcement of shortlisted teams - 14.03.2022
- Registration Fee by Shortlisted Teams - 21.03.2022
- Oral Rounds - 01.04.2022 to 03.04.2022
- Finals and awards - 03.04.2022
