The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar (RERA) is inviting applications from retired Judicial Officers for the post of Adjudicating Officer.

Location: Bihar

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: Pay will be as per the general principle of “pay minus pension”.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Eligibility: Incumbent must be an officer, retired recently preferably below the age of 62 years as on 31st March 2025 having worked as a Judicial Officer who has been a District Judge, and having no adverse reporting during service tenure and no proceedings, either disciplinary or criminal, pending, who may apply in response to advertisement.
