|The National Highways Authority Of India (NHAI) is inviting applications for the posts of Chief General Manager (Legal) and Manager (Legal), on a deputation basis.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: CGM- 1; GM- 2
Pay-Scale:
• CGM: Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/- per month
• GM: Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
• CGM: 17 years’ regular service in the post carrying substantive Pay Scale of Level-10 (56100 177500) of Pay Matrix or equivalent level or higher out of which at least 10 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.
• GM: 14 years’ post qualification experience out of which at least 06 years’ experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration/ legislative matters/land acquisition.
Desirable: The Officers possessing Degree in Civil Engineering, in addition to the Bachelors of Law, shall be given preference.
Age Limit:
• CGM- 58 years
• GM- 56 years
