Haryana Govt Invites Applications For 100 Posts of Addl. Advocate Generals, Sr. DAGs, DAGs And AAGs
|The Haryana Government is inviting applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Additional Advocate Generals (Addl. AGs), Senior Deputy Advocate Generals (Sr. DAGs), Deputy Advocate Generals (DAGs) and Assistant Advocate Generals (AAGs), purely on provisional/contract basis, initially for a period of one year, for the office of Advocate General, Haryana at Chandigarh and Legal Cell, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
The candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications:
i) he/she is a citizen of India;
ii) he/she is enrolled with a Bar Council constituted under the Advocates Act, 1961 (Act 25 of 1961);
iii) he/she has been practicing in any Court of law within the jurisdiction of India;
iv) he/she is a duly assessed income tax payee for last three financial years for the gross minimum professional income of Rs.12,00,000/, Rs.10,00,000/-, Rs.8,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- p.a. for the post of Additional Advocate Generals, Senior Deputy Advocate Generals, Deputy Advocate Generals and Assistant Advocate Generals respectively;
v) he/she must have experience of practicing and conducting cases as an Advocate in High Court or Supreme Court of India.
Experience:
• Addl. AGs- 12 years’ experience of practicing and conducting 55 cases.
• Sr. DAGs- 10 years’ experience of practicing and conducting 45 cases.
• DAGs- 8 years’ experience of practicing and conducting 35 cases.
• AAGs- 5 years’ experience of practicing and conducting 25 cases.
