|The Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is inviting applications for the posts of Under Secretary (Legislative Affairs) by transfer on deputation and Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP).

Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility for Under Secretary: Officers under the Central/State Governments/ Union Territories:
(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis: or
(ii) with 5 years regular service in post in the scale of Rs.5500-175-9000(pre-revised) or equivalent: and
(b) possessing the educational qualifications and experience laid down for direct recruits i.e.,
(i) Degree in Law from a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) 7 years’ experience in legal matters in a Central/State Government Department or Union Territory Administration. OR
(ii) Should be a qualified legal practitioner who is an advocate or pleader and has practiced as such for a period of 4 years.
Eligibility for APP:
(i) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Must have practiced as an Advocate for two years.
(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Age Limit for APP: 45 years
