Remuneration:

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Rs. 60,000 - 1,00,000 Per Month

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Rs. 30,000 - 75,000 Per Month

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Rs. 20,000 - 45,000 Per Month

Educational Qualification: LLB

Experience:

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Minimum 10 years practice in Criminal Law. 30 Sessions Trials handled (relaxable).

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Minimum 7 years practice in Criminal Law. 20 Sessions Trials handled (relaxable).

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel- 0-3 years practice in Criminal Law.
