|The Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO), Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for the posts of Program Executive (Legal) and Deputy Program Executive (Legal), purely on a contractual basis.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: Total 2 (one each)
Consultancy Fee:
• PE: Rs. 80,000-1,20,000/- per month
• DPE: Rs. 40,000-80,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience:
• PE: LL.B. with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field OR LL.M. with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field
• DPE: LL.B. with 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field OR Candidates with LL.M. Degree may be considered without any post qualification experience.
Eligibility: The candidate must have experience in any of the following fields:
• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.
• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.
• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
Period of Consultancy Contract: Initially for a period of 3 years which can be extended, depending upon the requirement of DIO and satisfactory performance, for further period up to 2 years.
Age Limit:
• PE: Below 30 years
• DPE: Below 26 years
