The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) is inviting applications for the posts of Deputy Chief (Legal) and Assistant Chief (Legal), on deputation on Foreign Service terms/short-term contract basis from the officials of Central/State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, etc.

Location: New Delhi

No. of Posts: DC- 01; AC- 3

Pay-Scale:

• DC: Rs. 78,800-2,09,200/- per month

• AC: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/- per month

Educational Qualification: LL.B. (preferably with specialisation in Regulations/ Master Degree in Law)

Experience: Judicial/Quasi-Judicial/Legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws etc.
