|The Andhra Pradesh High Court is inviting applications for the post of Law Clerk, on a contractual basis, to assist the High Court Judges.

Remuneration: Rs. 35,000 per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
• Candidate studying in 5th year of the five-year integrated law course or the third year of the three-year law course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk.
• The candidate should have passed the degree in law within two years immediately preceding the date of notification.
• The candidate should not be pursuing any other regular course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation, which may require them to be away from their place of work during the period of their engagement as Law Clerk.
• The candidate who enrolled as an Advocate, if selected as a Law Clerk shall suspend the practice before joining as Law Clerk and shall keep the suspension alive till he/she demits the Law Clerkship.
