The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) is inviting applications for the post of Manager (Legal), on a contractual basis.

Location: Vijayawada

No. of Posts: 01

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and market standards.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience with strong knowledge of Public Administration Laws, Land Laws including Land Pooling and Transfer of Property Act, Assignment Rules, Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Rules, Public Procurement Rules, General Finance Rules, Labour Laws, Environmental Laws, and Civil Procedure Code are essential.

• Required to furnish year-wise cases handled in the Courts with details.
