The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue is inviting applications for the post of Member (Law) in the Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention Of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).

Location: New Delhi

No. of Posts: 01

Pay-Scale: Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200- per month

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Eligibility: A person shall be qualified for appointment if he –

(a) is qualified for appointment as District Judge; or

(b) has been a member of the Indian Legal Service and has held a post in Grade-I of that Service.

Age Limit: 30 years
