Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Transfer Of 14 Judges Across Various High Courts

Here is the list of proposed transfers:

1. Justice Atul Sreedharan, presently serving at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, has been recommended for transfer to the Chhattisgarh High Court.
2. Justice Sanjay Agrawal, currently a judge at the Chhattisgarh High Court, is proposed to be moved to the Allahabad High Court.
3. Justice J. Nisha Banu, from the Madras High Court, has been recommended for transfer to the
   Kerala High Court.
4. Justice Dinesh Mehta, serving at the Rajasthan High Court, is to be transferred to the Delhi High Court.
5. Justice Avneesh Jhingan, originally from the Punjab & Haryana High Court and currently serving in the Rajasthan High Court, is also recommended for transfer to the Delhi High Court.
6. Justice Arun Monga, also originally from the Punjab & Haryana High Court and currently posted in the Delhi High Court, is proposed to be transferred to the Rajasthan High Court.
7. Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh, serving at the Allahabad High Court, has been recommended for transfer to the Patna High Court.
8. Justice Rohit Ranjan Agarwal
   , another judge from the Allahabad High Court, is to be shifted to the Calcutta High Court.
9. Justice Manavendranath Roy, originally from the Andhra Pradesh High Court and currently posted at the Gujarat High Court, is proposed to be repatriated back to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
10. Justice Donadi Ramesh, also originally from the Andhra Pradesh High Court and currently serving in the Allahabad High Court, will also be repatriated to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
11. Justice Sandeep Natvarlal Bhatt, currently a judge of the Gujarat High Court, is recommended for transfer to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
12. Justice Chandrasekharan Sudha
    , serving in the Kerala High Court, is proposed to be moved to the Delhi High Court.
13. Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju, from the Delhi High Court, is recommended for transfer to the Karnataka High Court.
14. Justice Subhendu Samanta, currently serving at the Calcutta High Court, is proposed to be transferred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
