Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Judicial Officer As Judge Of Punjab & Haryana High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend the appointment of Ms. Ramesh Kumari, a Judicial Officer, as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The resolution dated August 7, 2025 read, “The Supreme Court Collegium has on 07th August, 2025 approved the proposal for appointment of Ms. Ramesh Kumari, Judicial Officer, as a Judge of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.”

Her appointment is now subject to formal notification by the Government of India following the requisite clearances.
