Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Advocates & Judicial Officers For Appointment As Judges In Various High Courts
|The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend various Advocates and Judicial Officers as Judges of various High Courts.
In the meetings held on July 1 and July 2, the Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai recommended the appointment of the following as judges:
Advocates As Judges
Telangana High Court:
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 02nd July, 2025 has approved the proposal for appointment of:
- (i)Shri Gouse Meera Mohiuddin,
- (ii)Shri Chalapathi Rao Suddala,
- (iii)Shri Vakiti Ramakrishna Reddy, and
- (iv)Shri Gadi Praveen Kumar.
Rajasthan High Court:
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 02nd July, 2025 has approved the proposal for appointment of:

Andhra Pradesh High Court:
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 02nd July, 2025 has approved the proposal for appointment of:

Patna High Court:
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 01st July, 2025 has approved the proposal for appointment of:

In another notification the Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 01st July, 2025 has recommended for appointment of Shri Justice Biswadeep Bhattacharjee, Additional Judge, as a Permanent Judge of the High Court of Meghalaya after converting the existing post of Additional Judge into the post of a Permanent Judge.
