Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Advocates & Judicial Officers For Appointment As Judges At Four High Courts
The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on June 2, 2026, resolved to recommend appointments and confirmations in various High Courts across the country.
The Collegium approved the proposal for appointment of the following Advocates as Judges of the Karnataka High Court:
- Shri Raghavendra Seetharam Srivatsa
- Smt. Hema Kulkarni
- Shri Subramanya Rangarao
- Shri Thadagavadi Prakash Vivekananda
- Shri Bakkeswara Pramod
- Shri Hombe Gowda Shanthi Bhushan
The Collegium also approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Amit Lahoti, Advocate, as a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
Further, the Collegium approved the proposal for appointment of the following Judicial Officers as Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court:
- Shri Chirag Bhanu Singh
- Shri Bhupesh Sharma
- Shri Yogesh Jaswal
In another resolution, the Collegium approved the proposal for appointment of the following Additional Judges as Permanent Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court:
- Shri Justice Harmeet Singh Grewal
- Shri Justice Deepinder Singh Nalwa
