The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications for the post of Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications, Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Location: New Delhi (All India Service Liability)

Pay-Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized University.
Experience: Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trademarks and Geographical Indications.
Age Limit: 30 years
