Category A- District Courts / Subordinate Courts / Tribunals / Consumer Forum
Category B- High Courts
Category C- Supreme Court of India
Category D- Arbitration & Quasi-Judicial Forums
Remuneration: Assignment-based payment as per Annexure II (Fee Schedule) mentioned in the notification.
Educational Qualification: LLB
Experience:
Category A: 10 years
Category B-D: 15 years
Age Limit: Not applicable
Term of Empanelment: Initial term of three (3) years subject to annual performance review.
