The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue is inviting applications for filling up the post of Member from the field of Law in the Adjudicating Authority under PMLA on a regular basis.

Eligibility: A person shall be qualified for appointment if he/she -

• is qualified for the appointment as District Judge; or

• has been a member of the Indian Legal Service and has held a post in Grade-I of that Service.
