The Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, State Office, Telangana is inviting applications for Empanelment of Advocates.
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility: Advocates must have a minimum of 10 years of practice experience in Civil, Criminal, and Labour/Services matters for inclusion in the panel to render Legal Opinions and contest cases in various Courts/Tribunals.
Application Procedure: Complete applications in Form-I (obtainable from the State office or website www.kvic.gov.in along with supporting documents must reach to the State Director, KVIC, A Block, NI-MSME Premises, Yousufguda, Hyderabad- 500 045.
Selection Procedure: Selection is via a Screening Committee, whose decision is final. The KVIC also reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reason.
