The International Digital Dispute Resolution Centre (IDDRC), established at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, has invited expressions of interest from eligible and experienced professionals for empanelment as Arbitrators.
The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) is an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. With a specialised focus on forensic sciences, forensic medicine, and allied fields, the University promotes education, research, and professional training at the intersection of science, technology and justice.
The International Digital Dispute Resolution Centre (IDDRC) is an institutional initiative of NFSU dedicated to advancing technology-enabled arbitration and mediation. The Centre seeks to facilitate efficient, accessible and secure dispute resolution through digital, in-person and hybrid proceedings.
Its digital architecture integrates technology-enabled case management, AI-assisted support and blockchain-integrated audit mechanisms, with an emphasis on confidentiality, secure digital records and procedural accountability. Artificial intelligence is intended to assist the arbitral process, not to replace independent human decision-making.

Eligibility: Eligible professionals from the legal, arbitration and allied fields are invited to express their interest in joining the panel.
