Educational Qualification: LLB
Experience: The candidate must be a person who is or has been holding a Judicial Office OR a person possessing professional qualifications with substantial experience in practice of Law, who has the requisite qualification to have been appointed as a Judge of the High Court or a District Judge.
As per Constitution of India, Article 217(2): Must be a citizen of India and have held a judicial office for at least 10 years OR have been an advocate of a High Court for at least 10 years.
Age Limit: 65 years
