Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Elevation Of Two Judicial Officers As Judges Of P&H High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend the elevation of two judicial officers to the Punjab & Haryana High Court as judges.

The recommendation was made during a Collegium meeting held on December 16, 2025. The decision was later confirmed through an official statement published on the Supreme Court's website.

The resolution read, "The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 16th December, 2025 has approved the proposal for appointment of the following Judicial Officers as Judges of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana:

(i) Shri Ramesh Chander Dimri, and

(ii) Ms. Neerja Kulwant Kalson."
